The CompanyIQ^r SEC EDGAR searcgh platform indicates that among the S&P 500 companies that provided big pay packages to non-CEO named executive officers are Oracle, Twenty-First Century Fox, Electronic Arts, Jefferies Finanical Group, Starbucks, and Netflix.

Often these NEOs are founders serving as chairman of the board, but they also include executive vice presidents and chief content officers.
