The 30 companies in the Dow 30 are among the largest in the world. The decisions of the individuals who serve on their boards of directors and as their CEOs affect millions.

Using our CompanyIQ® platform, we analyzed the 338 current board seats and 30 CEOs in the Dow 30. As expected and reflecting corporate America’s legacy, the Dow 30 is overwhelmingly male, white, older, and fairly insular.
